Agrihouse featured on Resilience and Ecosystem Restoration Communities: our commitment to regenerating agriculture and ecosystems

fattoria biologica autosufficiente

We are happy and deeply honored to announce that Agrihouse is the focus of a beautiful feature published on Resilience.org, one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated to ecological transition, and on the official website of the Ecosystem Restoration Communities (ERC) network.

Special thanks to the entire ERC team and to blogger Beatrice Zampieri for the incredible work they are doing to connect and amplify the reach of our project.

A recognition of collective work

This recognition goes beyond our organic farm — it celebrates the entire effort we are carrying forward through the Organic District of the Lakes of Bracciano and Martignano (official website) and the Latium Working Group on Climate Change (see project).

Agrihouse is now a point of reference for agricultural and ecological regeneration in central Italy — a place where we experiment with regenerative agriculture, sustainable water management, rational grazing, agroforestry, and climate resilience.

Some of our tangible initiatives include:

  • Planting over 1,000 trees (oak, olive, and hazelnut)
  • Launching Voisin Rational Grazing systems for cattle, donkeys, and sheep
  • Creating integrated habitats that combine forest, pasture, garden, and productive zones

We are officially part of the Ecosystem Restoration Communities network

With great pride, Agrihouse is now a recognized project of the international ERC network, which gathers the most impactful ecosystem restoration initiatives from around the world.

We are the third ERC site in Italy after Rocciaviva and REGEN, and the first one linked to an Organic District.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Ecosystem Restoration Communities team for welcoming us into their global network, believing in our vision, and helping us share our work beyond national borders.

An invitation to collaborate

This achievement is also an invitation to go further. We call on everyone — farmers, citizens, technicians, local authorities — to join us in this journey of caring for the land. We need new energy, shared visions, and collective action to face the challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss.
